Return & Exchange Policy
At SILIEN, we want you to love your purchase. However, if something is not right, we’re here to help.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong size or product. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same original condition as delivered, with all tags and packaging intact. Please be careful when trying the item to avoid makeup, perfume, deodorant, or anything that can leave a mark or scent.
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After reviewing your request, our team will let you know if it has been approved. If approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back. Please share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue when contacting us.
If the mistake is from our side (wrong item or a manufacturing fault), we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no extra cost. Items returned in a worn, stained, washed, or unsuitable condition will not be accepted.
