Shipping and Delivery Policy

We understand the excitement of receiving a new piece from SILIEN. That’s why we try to process and ship orders as fast as possible. Orders made before 5pm on weekdays are typically shipped the same day.

 

Delivery Time

Within Karachi: Orders within Karachi typically take 3–5 business days to be delivered. Timelines may vary slightly depending on courier load, weather, or public holidays.

Other Cities: Deliveries outside Karachi usually take 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s processing speed.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. We operate and dispatch orders Monday to Friday only, so delivery timelines begin once the order is officially processed on a working day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely shipping.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on your city and will appear automatically at checkout before you confirm your order. This ensures full transparency with no hidden fees.

Order Processing

Every order goes through a careful quality check before being dispatched. Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is out for delivery based on their schedule and routes.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey and get real-time updates.

Delivery Attempt

If the courier is unable to reach you on the first attempt, they may try again or contact you directly to reschedule. Please ensure that your contact number is correct and reachable to avoid delays.
